KENYA, April 24, 2009. Kenyan Minister of State for Planning and National Development and Vision 2030, Hon. Wycliffe Ambetsa Oparanya, stressed to the Cuban Ambassador to Nairobi, Mr. Julio Cesar Gonzalez Marchante, the importance that his country concedes to the Non- Aligned Movement as a tribune of the countries of South.

Minister Oparanya has been designated by President Mwai Kibaki to represent the sister African nation at the Ministerial Meeting of the Coordinating Bureau of the Organization that will be held in Havana next week.
